• School Enrollment Form
(Available from your school office secretary must be for the 2012-2013 school year and dated as such... RETURNING PLAYERS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE NEW ENROLLMENT FORM
All forms must be turned in by 1st day of practice and/or before your child will be allowed to participate.
Teams will only be authorized to recruit players ENROLLED in a school listed below or a player who resides within the Casa Roble high school enrollment boundaries (Per SYF 2010 Rulebook)
